Preparing the Vessel is a 3-week, live online experience to help you gently attune to your inner world and ready yourself — body, mind, and spirit — for the deep work of ceremonial healing. This course is a pre-requisite to Radiant Resurgence, a women’s only medicine journey retreat, offered in Colorado.

Whether this is your first time sitting with the medicine or you're returning for deeper integration, this course is your invitation to slow down, connect inward, and soften the soil of transformation.

Through guided meditation, somatic inquiry, reflective writing, and ritual connection, you’ll begin to:

  • Clarify your soul’s intention for the retreat

  • Befriend your inner protectors and soften survival patterns

  • Reconnect with your body as a wise and loving guide

  • Begin releasing outdated identities and beliefs

  • Remember your inherent goodness and wholeness

This is not just preparation—it is presence practice. A quiet honoring of what is stirring in you. A sacred tending of your inner altar.

Held in the safety of a small, intentional group, you’ll receive:

  • 3 live 2-hour online sessions

  • 1 private 1:1 coaching session

  • Practices to support your emotional, physical, and spiritual readiness

ABOUT THE RETREAT

Radiant Resurgence Retreat is designed to cultivate connection, encourage self-growth, and build community among women with shared experiences.

Located in Colorado, Radiant Resurgence provides a safe and supportive environment with harm reduction services guiding around Colorado Law Proposition 122, which is the compliant sharing of medicinal mushrooms among adults. The mushroom journey is optional and not required to participate.

With a range of holistic services, including sound bath ceremonies, yoga, chef-prepared cuisine, and counseling, we aim to guide our guests towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We also offer day ceremonies with women specific and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Before attending the in-person retreat, cohorts of up to 10 will participate in a 3-week online pre-work course called “Preparing the Vessel.” The course is an online journey designed to gently ready your heart, body, and spirit for the depth of ceremonial healing. Through guided meditation, somatic inquiry, reflective writing, and sacred connection, you’ll begin the quiet inner work of listening, softening, and clarifying your soul’s longing.
